ServiceNow integration↑

The SandboxAQ ServiceNow integration enables you to automatically submit tickets to ServiceNow individually or in bulk from the AQtive Guard web interface. The integration exports one or more AQtive Guard instances as ServiceNow incidents.

When you initially configure a ServiceNow integration, you:

  • Create a connection between AQtive Guard and your ServiceNow instance.
  • Configure the integration at an organizational level.

This organization-level integration establishes the default configuration for all AQtive Guard projects.
