Sensors↑
Select Settings from the menu bar, then select Sensors from the dropdown to see the AQtive Guard sensors available for download.
Note
If you’re using AQtive Guard on-premises, you won’t be able to directly download sensors.
Sensors power an in-depth analysis of your organization’s cryptographic assets, enabling you to optimize security and effectively manage your cryptographic resources.
To understand the role of sensors in AQtive Guard, refer to Getting Started.
Note
Sensors is only available in the menu bar for users with the required system access.
There are three categories of sensors available for download: Application, Filesystem, and Network.
Application sensors↑
Application sensors log cryptographic calls from a running application trace or bytecode scan, which is then formatted for AQtive Guard analysis.
The sensors in this category include:
- SandboxAQ Java Tracer - Logs cryptographic calls made by a Java application running on a JVM.
- SandboxAQ Java Bytecode Scanner - Complements the Java Tracer by providing additional cryptographic information about the code at rest.
Filesystem sensors↑
Filesystem sensors scan filesystems or container images for cryptographic objects and format the information for AQtive Guard analysis.
The sensors in this category include:
- Windows Scanner - Filesystem scanner for Windows (64 bit).
- Linux Scanner - Filesystem scanner for Linux (64 bit).
Network sensors↑
Network sensors detect and analyze cryptographic data from network captures.
This category contains the SandboxAQ Network Analyzer, which identifies the encryption methods used to secure data during network transmission.
Additional information↑
