Sensors introduction

AQtive Guard sensors power an in-depth analysis of your organization’s cryptographic assets, enabling you to optimize security and effectively manage your cryptographic resources.

Under Sensors in the left-hand navigation menu, you’ll find a list of the AQtive Guard sensors:

  • Java Tracer - a Java tool that logs cryptographic calls made by a Java application running in a JVM.
  • .NET Tracer - a .NET profiler that logs cryptographic calls made by a .NET application.
  • OpenSSL Tracer - a dynamic library that logs cryptographic calls made by an application dynamically linked to OpenSSL.
  • PKCS#11 Tracer - a dynamic library that logs cryptographic calls made by an application to an HSM.
  • Filesystem Scanner - a command-line application that scans filesystems or container images to find cryptographic material; logs a format suitable for treatment by AQtive Guard.
  • Java Bytecode Scanner - complements the Java Tracer by providing information about the code under test.
  • Network Analyzer - parses PCAP files and identifies cryptographic objects within these network captures.
  • PKCS#11 Fuzzer - an executable that runs a set of standard baseline tests on a PKCS#11 device to be uploaded to AQtive Guard for analysis.
